Terms and Conditions - Simple Decorations Hire
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Simple Decorations Hire provides party decoration services, including balloon garland installation. The scope of services will be detailed in your specific contract or invoice.
3. Booking and Payments
A non-refundable deposit specified in the invoice is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due on the specified date in the invoice and not later than 7 days before the event date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be refunded.
5. Changes to Orders
Any changes to the original order must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event date. Additional fees may apply.
6. Delivery and Installation
Our team will arrive at the agreed time to set up the decorations.
Access to the venue must be provided at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the venue as planned, additional fees may apply.
7. Items for Hire
Clients may hire certain items from Simple Decorations Hire.
The client agrees to take full responsibility for the hired items during the event.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft, Simple Decorations Hire reserves the right to charge the client the replacement cost of the items.
8. Choking Hazard Disclaimer
Balloons pose a choking hazard. Supervision of children around balloons is required at all times. Simple Decorations Hire is not liable for any incidents related to balloon use.
9. Liability
Simple Decorations Hire is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our decorations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation area is safe and suitable for the decorations setup.
10. Weather Conditions
For outdoor installations, we recommend having a backup plan in case of inclement weather. Simple Decorations Hire cannot be held responsible for weather-related issues.
11. Photography and Marketing
By using our services, you grant Simple Decorations Hire permission to take photos of the decorations installation for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your setup to be photographed, please inform us prior to the event.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact Simple Decorations Hire directly to seek resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
13. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
14. Force Majeure
Simple Decorations Hire shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or pandemics.
15. Website Usage Disclaimer
Simple Decorations Hire is not responsible for any failures or issues arising from the use of our website. We do our best to ensure the website operates smoothly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia.
17. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
